Privacy Policy

Prior to obtaining your consent to the processing of personal data, we provide you with the following information:

1. Transconsult Service LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator” or the “Organization”), located at: 108V Lieutenant Ryabtseva St., Brest, is the operator carrying out the processing of personal data;

2. Purposes of processing personal data – compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus on the protection of personal data regarding conducting negotiations, concluding and executing contracts; verification of counterparties, sending promotional information about the Organization’s activities, conducting promotions, surveys, after-sales calls, and other actions aimed at assessing the satisfaction with services provided to employees and other representatives of legal entity and individual entrepreneur counterparties;

3. List of personal data for the processing of which consent is requested:

   • Surname, first name, patronymic;

   • Contact details (including work, home, and/or mobile phone numbers, email address, etc.);

   • Job title;

4. Term for which the consent of the personal data subject (employee) is given: until the moment of consent withdrawal;

5. List of actions with personal data for which your consent is given: any action or set of actions performed with personal data, including collection, systematization, storage, alteration, use, depersonalization, blocking, distribution, disclosure to third parties, sending of email and/or SMS messages, deletion of personal data.

6. We hereby explain that you, as the subject of personal data, have the right at any time to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data without stating reasons, by submitting a written or electronic statement to the Operator, which must contain:

   • Your surname, first name, patronymic (if any), address of your place of residence (stay);

   • Your date of birth;

   • Your identification number, or in its absence – the number of your identity document;

   • The essence of your requirements as a personal data subject;

   • Your personal signature or digital signature.

The Operator is obliged, within 15 days after receiving your statement, to cease processing your personal data, effect their deletion, and notify you accordingly, in accordance with the content of the statement, unless there are other legal grounds for such actions with personal data as provided by legislative acts.

In the absence of the technical possibility to delete personal data, the Operator is obliged to take measures to prevent further processing of personal data, including their blocking, and notify you thereof within the same period.

You have the right to receive information concerning the processing of your personal data, containing:

• The name (surname, first name, patronymic, if any) and location (address of place of residence/stay) of the operator;

• Confirmation of the fact of processing of personal data by the operator (authorized person);
