Commercial Vehicle Sales Specialist (Minsk, Privolny Settlement)

Main Objective: To profitably sell commercial trucks, company services, expand the client base, and maintain long-term partnerships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet sales targets;

  • Expand the client base and develop existing client relationships;

  • Active sales, cold calling, and in-person meetings with potential clients;

  • Conduct test drives and product presentations;

  • Participate in tender procurement processes;

  • Maintain necessary documentation and record-keeping.

Requirements:

  • Commitment to achieving results (meeting sales targets);

  • Experience in similar roles (B2B sales of trucks, passenger cars, agricultural machinery, auto parts, or service center services);

  • Experience in negotiations and handling objections, proficiency in cold/warm calling and sales techniques;

  • Proficient user of CRM systems and MS Office programs;

  • Knowledge of the design and operating principles of truck systems and components;

  • Experience working with documentation;

  • Higher education, preferably technical; driving license categories B, C.

Conditions:
